We have reviewed the record and find no reversible
error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Rizvi v. Loudoun Cnty. Sch. Bd.,
No. 1:25-cv-00307-MSN-IDD (E.D. Va. filed Dec. 5, 2025 & entered Dec. 8, 2025). We
dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately
presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional
process.
AFFIRMED

Rizvi has filed a motion to file a supplemental brief, which—given our previous
order striking Rizvi’s serial filings in this court—we deny.
