OPINION OF THE COURT
McKee, Circuit Judge.
Juan Francisco Bautista appeals the judgment of sentence that was entered after
the district court accepted the plea defendant entered pursuant to his plea agreement with
the government. Appellate counsel has concluded pursuant to Anders v. California, 386
U.S. 738 (1967), that there are “no non-frivolous issues for appeal in this matter. . . “.

Appellant’s Br. at 9. Accordingly, we will affirm the judgment of sentence entered on
April 15, 2002.
