ON PETITION
______________________
Before L OURIE, D YK, and WALLACH , Circuit Judges.
P ER CURIAM .
O R D E R
Before the court are the April 5, 2019 submission by
Darren L. DeFlanders requesting “the Fed. Cir. Court to
take over this case” and his April 12, 2019 supplement.
In October 2018, Mr. DeFlanders filed a petition for
mandamus relief at the United States Court of Appeals for
Veterans Claims. After being granted an extension of time,
the Secretary of Veterans Affairs filed his response at the
direction of the Veterans Court on March 21, 2019. The
matter remains pending before that court.

IN RE: DEFLANDERS 2
To the extent that Mr. DeFlanders is asking this court
to decide his petition in the first instance, we must decline
his request. To the extent that Mr. DeFlanders is asking
to grant him mandamus to compel the Veterans Court to
decide his pending petition at that court, we cannot say
that the Veterans Court has egregiously delayed ruling on
his petition such that mandamus relief is appropriate.
We note that Mr. DeFlanders may obtain review by
this court after the Veterans Court issues a final judgment
on his petition by filing a timely notice of appeal.
Accordingly,
I T I S O RDERED T HAT :
His requests for relief from this court are denied.
