petitioner in the above-captioned case to join in judicial review
of EERB unit determination decision #30.

Building and Construction Trades Council request for judicial
review for the reasons I stated in my dissent in Grossmont Union

I take official notice that an election was conducted in the
operations-support services unit, including the skilled crafts
employees, on November 9, 1977 and that Service Employees International
Union, Local 22 (SEIU) was certified as the exclusive representative
in that unit on November 18, 1977.
