DECISION
HESSE, 	Chairperson: 	On March 26, 	1987, 	Tony Petrich
(charging 	party) 	moved 	to 	substitute 	the 	administrative 	law
judge 	(ALJ) 	in the 	instant case, 	on the 	grounds of alleged
misconduct. 	The 	PERB 	rejects 	the 	request as moot, 	as we have
sustained 	the 	decision of 	the ALJ 	in 	Riverside 	Unified 	School
District 	(1987) 	PERB Decision No. 	632. 	In that decision, 	we
found 	no 	evidence 	of 	misconduct 	by the 	ALJ.
ORDER
The 	Board 	hereby 	DENIES 	the 	request 	of 	charging party 	to
substitute 	a 	new hearing 	officer 	in Case No. 	LA-CE-2399.
