DECISION AND 	ORDER
The 	decision 	of 	the 	executive 	assistant, 	in 	dismissing 	the
exceptions 	filed 	in 	the 	above-captioned matter, 	is 	hereby 	sustained
by 	the 	Public 	Employment 	Relations 	Board 	(hereafter 	Board) 	itself.
The 	Board agrees 	with 	the 	finding 	of 	the 	executive 	assistant
that 	the 	exceptions 	were 	not 	filed 	in 	a 	timely 	manner 	pursuant 	to
California 	Administrative 	Code, 	title 	8, 	section 	32300.
