DECISION
GLUCK, 	Chairperson: 	The La Mesa-Spring Valley Teachers
Association, 	CTA/NEA, 	requests 	that 	its petition for unit
modification 	filed 	in 	November 	1980 	and 	thereafter 	amended 	on
March 24, 	1981, 	be withdrawn. 	On April 5, 	1982, 	a hearing
officer 	issued 	a proposed 	decision granting 	the 	petition. 	The
La 	Mesa-Spring 	Valley 	School 	District 	thereafter 	filed
exceptions 	to 	the proposed 	order, 	pursuant 	to which 	the Board
issued 	its 	Decision No. 	316 	remanding 	the 	proceedings 	to 	the
director 	of 	representation.
No objections 	having 	been 	filed 	to 	petitioner's 	withdrawal
request, 	the Board 	approves 	the 	request 	and 	ORDERS 	that 	the
