1 Die Beschwerde hat Erfolg. Der Rechtssache kommt die geltend gemachte grundsätzliche Bedeutung (§ 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO) zu. Sie wird dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht voraussichtlich Gelegenheit geben, die Frage zu klären, ob und gegebenenfalls unter welchen Voraussetzungen die Kenntnis einer für die Rückforderung von Lastenausgleich unzuständigen Lastenausgleichsbehörde von dem Schadensausgleich und von der Person des Verpflichteten die Ausschlussfrist für die Rückforderung nach § 349 Abs. 5 Satz 4 des Lastenausgleichsgesetzes (LAG) in Gang setzt.
