Gründe

1 Die Revision gegen das Urteil des Bayerischen Verwaltungsgerichtshofs vom 28. April 2011 ist nach § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO wegen grundsätzlicher Bedeutung der Rechtssache zuzulassen. Die Revision kann Gelegenheit geben, die Voraussetzungen für die Förderung des Besuchs einer Ausbildungsstätte im Ausland nach § 6 Satz 1 BAföG näher zu klären, gegebenenfalls auch unter Berücksichtigung des Umstandes, dass der Auszubildende seinen ständigen Wohnsitz in der Schweiz hat.

2 Die Voraussetzungen für die Bewilligung von Prozesskostenhilfe und Beiordnung eines Rechtsanwalts für das Verfahren vor dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht liegen vor (§ 166 VwGO i.V.m. § 114 Satz 1, § 119 Abs. 1 Satz 1, § 121 Abs. 1 ZPO).
