1 Die Revision des Klägers ist wegen grundsätzlicher Bedeutung der Rechtssache gemäß § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO zuzulassen. In dem Revisionsverfahren kann geklärt werden, welchen rechtlichen Bindungen die Behörde bei der Bestimmung des Arztes nach § 54 Abs. 1 LBG SH a.F. unterliegt, der einen Beamten auf seine Dienstfähigkeit hin untersuchen soll.
