1 Die Beschwerde hat Erfolg; die Sache hat grundsätzliche Bedeutung im Sinne von § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO. Das Revisionsverfahren kann dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht Gelegenheit geben, die Frage zu klären, ob eine amtlich anerkannte Überwachungsorganisation im Sinne der Anlage VIII b zu § 29 StVZO für den Widerruf der Betrauung eines von ihr betrauten Prüfingenieurs zuständig ist und ob sie hierfür gegebenenfalls der Zustimmung der Anerkennungs- und Aufsichtsbehörde bedarf.

2 Die vorläufige Streitwertfestsetzung für das Revisionsverfahren beruht auf § 47 Abs. 1 und 3, § 52 Abs. 1 und § 63 Abs. 1 Satz 1 GKG.
