1 Die Beschwerde ist begründet. Die Revision ist nach § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO zuzulassen. Das Revisionsverfahren kann voraussichtlich zur Klärung der Rechtsfrage beitragen, welche vorhandenen baulichen Anlagen in die Betrachtung einzubeziehen sind, um zu entscheiden, ob sich ein Vorhaben nach der überbaubaren Grundstücksfläche im Sinne von § 34 Abs. 1 Satz 1 BauGB in die Eigenart der näheren Umgebung einfügt.

2 Die vorläufige Streitwertfestsetzung für das Revisionsverfahren beruht auf § 47 Abs. 1 Satz 1, § 52 Abs. 2 und § 63 Abs. 1 Satz 1 GKG.
