Omnilex summary

The Federal Administrative Court admitted the applicant’s legal complaint. The decisive question was whether the term of centrally managed information-technology procedures in § 50(3) SGB II includes only software or also hardware. The court found that clarification of this point justified admission because the case raised a question of fundamental importance.
