Omnilex summary

The Federal Constitutional Court declined to accept the constitutional complaint. It held that the submission failed to satisfy the substantiation requirements of Sections 23(1) sentence 2 and 92 BVerfGG because the complainant did not adequately show that he was personally affected by Section 6(1) sentence 5 of the G10 Act 2001. The Chamber also dispensed with further reasons under Section 93d(1) sentence 3 BVerfGG. The decision is final.
