Tenor

Nach Erledigung in der Hauptsache werden die verbundenen Verfahren eingestellt.

Der Freistaat Thüringen hat den Beschwerdeführern ihre notwendigen Auslagen zu erstatten (§ 34a Abs. 3 BVerfGG).

Der Wert des Gegenstands der anwaltlichen Tätigkeit wird für das Verfassungsbeschwerdeverfahren und für das Verfahren auf Erlass einer einstweiligen Anordnung in den verbundenen Verfahren jeweils auf insgesamt 10.000 € (in Worten: zehntausend Euro) festgesetzt.

Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
