Regest

§ 32 Abs. 1 BVerfGG; repeatability and temporal limitation of an interim order: where the prerequisites for urgent relief continue to exist, the Federal Constitutional Court may repeat an interim measure, but it must remain strictly limited in time and may be ordered only until the main proceedings are decided. The order is confined to provisional relief and does not prejudge the merits of the constitutional complaint.
