Auf die Revision des Beklagten wird das Urteil des Sächsischen Landesarbeitsgerichts vom 24. September 2010 - 3 Sa 84/10 - aufgehoben.

Die Berufung der Klägerin gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Leipzig vom 17. Dezember 2009 - 1 Ca 2419/09 - wird zurückgewiesen.

Die Klägerin hat die Kosten der Berufung und der Revision zu tragen.
