Auf Antrag des Ausländeramtes Bergisch Gladbach wird gemäß §§ 417 FamFG, 62 Abs. 3 Satz 1 Nr. 2 und Nr. 5 AufenthG gegen den Betroffenen Abschiebungshaft bis zum 15.04.2014 angeordnet.
Die Anordnung ergeht mit sofortiger Wirkung (§ 422 Abs. 2 FamFG).
Der Betroffene trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens.
