für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte zu 2) wird verurteilt, 23,07 € an die Kläger zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits mit Ausnahme der außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten zu 1) trägt die Beklagte zu 2). Die außergerichtlichen Kosten der Beklagten zu eins tragen die Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten zu 2) wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung der Kläger durch Leistung einer Sicherheit i.H.v. 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn die Kläger nicht vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.

Die Berufung wird zugelassen.
