Die Kindesmutter hat das Recht und die Pflicht, mit dem Kind L, geboren am 02.07.2013 ab dem 01.08.2019 bis zum 31.10.2019 Umgang an jedem Samstag in der Zeit von 14:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr zu haben unter Anordnung einer Umgangspflegschaft mit der Bestimmung, dass der Umgangspfleger die gesamte Umgangszeit begleitet.
Zum Umgangspfleger wird
Herr Rechtsanwalt
Dr. jur. Dr. phil. C
G-Straße #
ausgewählt.
Er soll durch den Rechtspfleger bestellt werden.
Der Umgangspfleger führt die Umgangspflegschaft einschließlich Begleitung berufsmäßig.
Die Umgangsregelung nebst begleitende Umgangspflegschaft ist befristet bis zum 31.10.2019.
Den Kindeseltern wird aufgegeben, rechtzeitig vor Fristablauf der Umgangsregelung auf eine einvernehmliche anschließende Umgangsregelung unter Beratung des Jugendamtes hinzuwirken, andernfalls ein gerichtliches Umgangsverfahren einzuleiten.
Der weitergehende Umgangsantrag der Kindesmutter wird abgewiesen.
Die Kindeselterntragen die Gerichtskosten zu gleichen Teilen.
Außergerichtliche Kosten werden nicht erstattet.
Der Verfahrenswert wird auf 3.000,00 € festgesetzt.
