Tenor

Die Beklagte zu 1) wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.560,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.06.2016 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Gerichtskosten und die außergerichtlichen Kosten des Klägers der Kläger und die Beklagte zu 1) jeweils zur Hälfte. Die außergerichtlichen Kosten des Beklagten zu 2) trägt der Kläger. Die Beklagte zu 1) trägt ihre außergerichtlichen Kosten selbst.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für den Kläger jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages. Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung des Beklagten zu 2) durch Leistung einer Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn die vollstreckende Partei nicht vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
