Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 278,42 EUR (in Worten: zweihundertachtundsiebzig Euro und zweiundvierzig Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.07.2015 sowie vorgerichtliche Mahnkosten in Höhe von 6,45 EUR zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat der Beklagte zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
