Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 885,67 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 4 % aus 885,67 EUR seit dem 05.07.2014 bis zum 30.07.2015, nebst weiterer Zinsen aus 885,67 EUR in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit 30.07.2015 zu zahlen

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger zu 15 % und die Beklagte zu 85 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten bleibt nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteil vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Kläger zuvor Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leisten.

Die Berufung wird zugelassen.
