Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 201,80 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 08.02.2012 und 8,- € vorgerichtliche Kosten zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 75 % und die Beklagte zu 25 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Beide Parteien können die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des von der Gegenseite aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vorab Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
