Die Beklagte wird verurteilt an die Klägerin einen Betrag in Höhe von 892,54 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 04.08.2012 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Klägerin trägt 24 % und die Beklagte 86 % der Kosten des Rechtsstreits.Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Vollstreckungsschuldnerin kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, sofern nicht die Vollstreckungsgläubigerin Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
