Es wird festgestellt, dass der Beklagten keinerlei Ansprüche finanzieller Art gegen die klagende Partei zustehen, insbesondere nicht aus einem angeblich abgeschlossenen Vertrag über die Aufnahme der klagenden Partei in die Onlinedatenbank der Beklagten.
