Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 20 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 9.7.2011 zu zahlen.

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.
