Es wird festgestellt, dass die Beklagte verpflichtet ist, den streitgegenständlichen Personenaufzug im Hause Lstr. 000 in 00000 E in Betrieb zu halten.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Beklagte darf die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrags, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
