der 14. Mai 2009 dem Schluss der mündlichen Verhandlung

entsprochen hat

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 807,80 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 27. No-vember 2008 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagte wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Be-trages abzuwenden, wenn nicht zuvor die Klägerin Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
