für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 578,18 EUR nebst Zinsen in

Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.06.2007

zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte wird ferner verurteilt, an die Klägerin vorgerichtliche Anwalts-

kosten in Höhe von 40,95 EUR zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
