durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden unter Aufrechterhaltung der Vollstreckungsbescheide des

Amtsgerichts Coburg vom 11.2.2008, Aktenzeichen XXXX und XXX als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 949,08 € nebst

Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus

monatlich jeweils 21,57 € für die Monate August 2004 bis Februar 2008 ab dem

Elften eines jeden dieser Monate bis 10.3.2008 und aus 949,08 € seit dem

11.3.2008 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites haben die Beklagten gesamtschuldnerisch zu

tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar ohne Sicherheitsleistung.

Die Beklagten dürfen die Zwangsvollstreckung durch den Kläger abwenden

durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollsteckenden Betrages,

soweit die Klägerin nicht ihrerseits vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher

Höhe leistet.
