Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 4.975,24 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe

von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basissatz gemäß § 247 BGB sowie weitere

159,65 € außergerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist gegen eine Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des beizu-

treibenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
