Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 97,28 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 27.09.2006 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Kläger und Beklagte dürfen die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
