Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 2.690,59 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 21.06.2005 zu zahlen.
Es wird festgestellt, dass der Beklagte verpflichtet ist, dem Kläger die infolge des Vorfalles vom 10.04.2005 entstandenen und noch entstehenden Schäden zu ersetzen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.
