für R e c h t erkannt:
In Abänderung des vor dem Amtsgericht X am 15.07.1999 zu XX F XXX/XX geschlossenen Vergleichs und unter Einbeziehung der am 22.08.2005 bei dem Notar D in X zu XXX/200X errichteten Notarurkunde wird der Beklagte verurteilt, an die Klägerin beginnend mit Oktober 2004 nachehelichen Ehegattenunterhalt insgesamt monatlich wie folgt zu zahlen:
bis einschließlich Februar 2005 je 695,00 €,
bis einschließlich Juni 2005 je 675,00 €,
für Juli 2005 645,00 € und
fortlaufend ab August 2005 je 696,00 €.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat der Beklagte zu 4/5 zu tragen, im Übrigen trägt diese die Klägerin.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Beklagte kann die Zwangsvollstreckung der Klägerin durch Sicherheits-leistung in Höhe von 6.850,00 € abwenden, die Klägerin diese des Beklagten wegen der Kosten durch eine solche von 380,00 €, wenn nicht jeweils der Vollstreckungsgegner zuvor Sicherheit in dieser Höhe leistet.
Dem Beklagten ist gestattet, die Sicherheitsleistung durch die selbstschuldne-rische Bürgschaft einer deutschen Großbank oder Sparkasse zu erbringen.
