Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 207,20 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz ab dem 17.08.2004 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gem. § 313 a Abs. 1 ZPO abgesehen.
