Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 930,45 EUR nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 07.02.2004 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwen-den, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
