im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäß § 495 a ZPO

unter Berücksichtigung der bis zum 03.01.2000

eingegangenen Schriftsätze am 05.01.2000

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin

DM 70,-- nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 12.07.99

zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander

aufgehoben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung eines Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a Abs. 1 abgesehen.
