hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren nach Schriftsatznachlass bis

zum 18. Juni 1999

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 553,04 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen

seit dem 16. Oktober 1997 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger zu 45 %, dem Beklagten

zu 55 % auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 495 a Abs. 2 ZPO abgesehen.
