w e g e n Reisepreisminderung und Schadensersatz

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

im schriftlichen Verfahren am 5. Juni 1997

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, dan die Klägerinnen je-

weils einen Betrag in Höhe von DM 228,50 nebst 4 %

Zinsen hieraus seit dem 1. November 1996 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagte zu

75 % und die Klägerinnen zu 25 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird nach Maßgabe des

§ 495 a ZPO abgesehen.
