hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger weitere 514,--

(i. W.: fünfhundertvierzehn Deutsche Mark) DM nebst 4 %

Zinsen seit dem 01.02.93 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 2/3, die

Beklagte 1/3.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung eines Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a Abs. 1

ZPO abgesehen.
