Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 2.7.1993

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Unter Abweisung der Klage im übrigen wird die Beklagte verurteilt,

an den Kläger DM 588,42 nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 31.3.1993 zu

zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen zu 76 % der Kläger, zu 24 %

die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Parteien dürfen die Zwangs-

vollstreckung der anderen Partei jeweils durch Sicherheitsleistung oder

Hinterlegung - im Falle des Klägers in Höhe von DM 300,--, im Falle

der Beklagten in Höhe von DM 750,-- - abwenden, wenn nicht die

vollstreckende Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in entsprechen-

der Höhe leistet. Die Sicherheitsleistungen dürfen auch durch selbst-

schuldnerische Bürgschaft einer Bank oder Sparkasse mit Sitz in der

Bundesrepublik Deutschland erbracht werden.
