Tenor
Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger ein Schmerzensgeld in Höhe von 2.500,- € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 12.02.2013 zu zahlen.
Es wird festgestellt, dass der Beklagte verpflichtet ist, dem Kläger sämtlichen materiellen Schaden sowie immateriellen Zukunftsschaden aus Anlass der vorsätzlichen Körperverletzung vom 04.11.2012, die Gegenstand des Strafverfahrens der Staatsanwaltschaft Münster zum Aktenzeichen 82 Js 000/00 ist, zu ersetzen, soweit Ansprüche nicht auf Sozialversicherungsträger oder sonstige Dritte übergegangen sind oder übergehen werden.
Es wird festgestellt, dass die Ansprüche des Kläger gem. Ziffer 1) und 2) aus einer vorsätzlich begangenen unerlaubten Handlung (vorsätzliche Körperverletzung), die Gegenstand des gegen den Beklagten gerichteten Strafverfahrens der Staatsanwaltschaft Münster zum Aktenzeichen 82 Js 000/00 ist, stammen.
Der Beklagte wird darüber hinaus verurteilt, an den Kläger einen Betrag in Höhe von 359,50 € (vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 12.02.2013 zu zahlen
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.
