Tenor

Das Versäumnisurteil vom 24.06.2016 (Bl. 28 dGA) wird aufgehoben, die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin, mit Ausnahme der Kosten der Säumnis, welche die Beklagten zu tragen haben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Dem jeweiligen Vollstreckungsschuldner bleibt nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht zuvor der jeweilige Vollstreckungsgläubiger Sicherheit in selber Höhe leistet.

Der Streitwert wird auf 1234,38 EUR festgesetzt.
