Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, die im Objekt H-Str. ###, 48599 Gronau, im 2. Obergeschoss gelegene Wohnung, Wohnungsnr. ##, bestehend aus 2 Zimmern, Küche, Bad inkl. Kellerraum geräumt an den Kläger herauszugeben.

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 413,64 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz ab dem 14.07.2018 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.
