Der Beklagte wird verurteilt,
an die Klägerin einen Betrag in Höhe von 3.018,30 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus dem Betrag von 92,67 € seit dem 14.01.2014 und aus dem Betrag von 2.945,63 € seit dem 20.05.2013 zu zahlen.
