Tenor

Der unter TOP 6 der Wohnungseigentümerversammlung vom 11.11.2010 gefasste Beschluss zur Verwalterbestellung der Fa. J1 E KG wird für ungültig erklärt.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten zu 33 % und die Klägerin zu 67 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Den Parteien bleibt nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch die jeweils andere Partei durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht jeweils die andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
