Tenor

Es wird festgestellt, dass eine Forderung der Beklagten gegen die Klägerin in Höhe von 1.512,00 € zzgl. 19 % Mehrwertsteuer für einen Eintrag in dem Online-Verzeichnis "b1-b2" (www.b1-b2.net) nicht besteht.

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die Klägerin von vorgerichtlichen Anwaltskosten gegenüber ihrem Prozessbevollmächtigten in Höhe von 229,55 € freizustellen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
