Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaft B G #-##, ####1 C, zu Händen der durch Beschluss des Amtsgerichts Bonn vom 7.10.2008 in 27 C 216/08 bis zum rechtskräftigen Abschluss des Rechtsstreits 27 C 215/08 zur Verwalterin bestellten Firma N T I GmbH, vertr. d. d. GF Herrn N T und Dr. S T1, B1. #, ####1 C 4.467,00 € nebst 5 Prozentpunkte Zinsen über dem Basiszins aus 241,00 € seit dem 7.6.2007, weiteren 1.575,00 € seit dem 6.7.2007 sowie aus jeweils weiteren 241,00 € seit dem 7.7., 7.8., 7.9. 7.10., 7.11 und 7.12.2007 und dem 8.1., 7.2., 7.3., 6.4. und 8.5.2008 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 105 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
