Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheits-
leistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils
vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die
Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von
